KCS stores customer account details, password hashes, terms acceptance versions and times, favorites, product ratings, verified order records, support reports, email consent, and subscription status to provide these services. Passwords are never stored in plain text. The studio uses this list for the updates you requested: dev logs, trailers, merch drops, and important announcements. The list is accessible through the private owner dashboard. Unsubscribe links must be included in future emails. Aggregate public traffic records contain page paths, counts, device categories, and referral domains; they do not store visitor IP addresses or cross-site tracking cookies. A short-lived random visit key in the existing session cookie groups page views after inactivity, with hashed visit records retained up to 30 days and daily aggregates up to 400 days. Support and account messages may be processed by configured email or SMS providers. Optional CAPTCHA checks use Cloudflare when configured. Contact kinfolkclusterstudios@gmail.com for data requests.
