Terms of Service

Working terms for the KCS launch. KCS must review business details, consumer rights, privacy practices, and product licenses before customer accounts and paid services open.

1. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Contact kinfolkclusterstudios@gmail.com about suspected account compromise.

2. Respect the studio and community

Do not use KCS to harass, defraud, distribute unlawful content, send spam, impersonate others, bypass security, interfere with services, or redistribute files without permission. Do not upload information you have no right to share.

3. KCS worlds and intellectual property

KCS names, branding, original characters, stories, artwork, games, and other protected material remain the property of their respective rights holders to the extent recognized by applicable law. Browsing, buying, or receiving a free resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Do not assume every AI-assisted output has identical copyright protection.

4. Product-specific licenses

The license published with each game, asset, music track, font, course, or pack defines permitted use. Free price does not automatically mean public-domain, royalty-free, commercial-use, or redistribution permission. Unless the applicable license grants it, do not resell source files, share paid course access, claim KCS characters as your own, or redistribute a pack as a competing product. Separate third-party terms may apply.

5. Orders and availability

Prices, delivery, course access periods, taxes, technical requirements, and applicable refund terms must be shown before a purchase is completed. Coming soon listings are previews, not offers of immediate delivery. Checkout and paid enrollment are currently unavailable. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

6. Support, feedback, and suggestions

Reports and suggestions are submitted for support and product improvement. You retain rights in original material you submit and authorize KCS to review, store, and use that submission to respond and improve its services. Do not submit confidential material or assume a suggestion creates an employment or payment agreement.

7. Account restrictions

KCS may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, KCS may give notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue. Termination does not remove mandatory consumer rights or automatically erase legitimate purchase records. Contact the studio to discuss an account decision or data request.

8. Privacy and optional marketing

Account and service records are handled as described in the Privacy notice. Marketing is optional and separate from accepting these terms. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential account or receipt messages.

9. Service limitations

Games, tools, courses, and AI-assisted workflows may contain errors or change over time. KCS does not promise particular income, employment, rankings, creative results, or uninterrupted service. Any permitted warranty or liability limitations remain subject to applicable law and cannot remove rights that law makes non-waivable.

10. Updates and contact

Material terms changes will be identified by a new version and brought to users’ attention where required. The version and time accepted at signup are recorded.
