1. PERMITTED USE. The buyer may use one copy of the software on devices they control for personal projects and for their own professional or commercial creative planning. The buyer may edit, copy, export, publish, and monetize original prompts, lyrics they write, creative plans, and music they independently produce, to the extent permitted by the relevant music platform, other rightsholders, and applicable law. This license does not grant rights to third-party music services.
2. RESTRICTIONS. The buyer may not redistribute, resell, upload for public download, sublicense, repackage, or present the KCS application itself, its interface, teaching materials, branded artwork, or embedded recordings as their own digital product. No permission is granted to extract or repurpose the Liteskin Kin excerpts in songs, media, sampling packs, or broadcasts outside ordinary listening in the application.
3. AUDIO EXAMPLES. Short Liteskin Kin excerpts from Bottle Half Empty, Blood Buffet, Immortal Posture, and Midnight 80s are provided exclusively for educational listening within this product. The full-length WAV master files are not included. They are not royalty-free samples, remix stems, or stock BGM.
4. TECHNOLOGY. This is an offline capable planning and prompt generation application. It does not synthesize music or connect directly to any AI music provider, distributor, or streaming service. Third-party services may require payment or impose separate restrictions.
5. COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS. KCS asserts its rights in protectable original software code, content, visual design, and compilation, subject to applicable law. Protection and ownership of particular AI-assisted content may vary by jurisdiction and human authorship. The publisher makes no promise that any resulting music will qualify for copyright, distribution, income, or other commercial opportunities.
6. DATA AND BACKUPS. Projects, generated prompts and named prompt collections are stored locally when the browser permits it. Buyer is responsible for backups. No cloud sync or account is provided.
7. LIMITATIONS. Software is provided as-is to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No technical copying prevention or special DRM is promised.
