THE LICENSE YOU RECEIVE
On lawful purchase, the publisher grants one individual purchaser a nonexclusive,
nontransferable, worldwide license of unlimited duration to save and privately
use the supplied field manual and offline Prompt Lab, and to print or annotate
worksheets for their own study. One license is intended for one individual user;
organizations requiring multiple users should obtain an additional copy for each.
WHAT YOU MAY CREATE
You MAY adapt the teaching methods, sample prompt patterns, templates and exercises
to make your own prompts and your own songs, soundtracks, games, videos and commercial
creative projects. This purchase imposes no royalty, revenue share or obligation
to credit KCS for your independent original outputs. Your generator, collaborators,
underlying materials and distributors may impose separate conditions; confirm those.
No exclusive rights to short prompts, genre concepts or general musical methods
are conveyed or claimed.
WHAT IS NOT LICENSED FOR REUSE
The included 29-second excerpts from Liteskin Kin's "Bottle Half Empty" and
"Blood Buffet" may be listened to inside the learning lab for study. They are
NOT royalty-free samples, beats, loops, masters, stems, game assets or music for
reuse. This purchase does not allow you to copy, extract, remix, sample, sync,
release, sublicense or commercially distribute those recordings in a project.
Seek separate written recording/music clearance from the relevant rightsholder.
DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE THE PRODUCT
Without express written consent, do not resell, sublicense, give away, repost,
publicly host, share publicly, white-label, repackage or upload the guide, lab,
cover artwork, bundled excerpts or the customer ZIP. Do not post the paid HTML
file to an unrestricted website, as it contains the audio lessons. Permitted
backups for your own private use are allowed.
RIGHTS, LIMITS AND LAW
KCS reserves rights to the extent it owns rights recognized by applicable law.
Rights in AI-generated expression may vary by jurisdiction. KCS's brand names,
layout, original editorial expression and any protected assets remain subject
to applicable rights. Nothing above overrides mandatory exceptions such as
fair use, lawful quotation, or other rights you have under law. If any provision
is invalid, the rest remains applicable to the extent permitted by law.
The software and publication are supplied as-is for educational purposes.
No particular prompt result, earnings, distributor acceptance, copyright
registration or uninterrupted technical performance is guaranteed. No external
music-generation subscription is included. This is not professional legal,
